He has worked for the last 10 years in Business Transformation; specializing in customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and organisational governance.

Bob has an MBA focusing on change, quality and service excellence. He has also developed his own business model for behavioural measurement which he is currently developing into a book.

Bob also works as an associate coach and trainer.

When not writing or with clients Bob spends his time sailing, swimming, cycling or with his family narrow boating or escaping to the countryside.
