Ian Ransome, author of A Useful Guide to Facing Redundancy, has extensive experience in personal and management development training and outplacement support to a range of major clients whose people are being made redundant.
His work includes providing 'back to work' assistance to employees of EEF Member companies and companies in general especially the retail and manufacturing sectors.
He is also an outplacement counselor to numerous insurance companies who are supporting their mortgage protection policy claimants.
When he is not writing or with a client Ian spends his time keeping his garden tidy, DIY, enjoying traveling, reading and being a member of the Colchester Model Engineering Society.
