Business Continuity Plan
Pansophix is committed to maintaining continuity both for its clients and associates.
Ian Clarke is responsible for the following Business Continuity Plan.
Directors
- If either Director, Ian Clarke or Steve Westall are unavailable, for what ever reason, the other will run the business.
- If both Directors become unavailable then our nominated associate will run the business.
Communications
- Telephone 0845 260 2820 is currently diverted to our Skype In number. If the 0845 server fails callers will receive a message asking them to call 01223 911750 - our Skype In number. If Skype fails 0845 260 2820 will be diverted to either our Chelmsford or Felixstowe offices' land lines.
- Email If the Pansophix email server fails incoming emails will be stored until service is resumed. Outgoing email will be sent via the Effectiveness through Awareness server.
Trainers
- With over 100 associate trainers on our books we will find another trainer if the scheduled trainer, for whatever reason, is unable to deliver the required training.
- When a trainer is allocated to a particular project we nominate a "stand in" who makes sure he/she is familiar with the training content and process in the event he/she is required to stand in at short notice.
Suppliers
- Where possible we use more than one supplier to supply our stationary and office equipment.
Data
- Backups of all our computers are made, each working day, after 18:00. This data is kept on external hard drives in case of computer failure and remote servers in case of fire.
Websites
- Backups of all website files are held on our computers. In the case of long term failure of the Pansophix server the websites will be loaded onto the Effectiveness through Awareness server.
