Pansophix accepts its legal responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, together with associated legislation and codes of practice, and gives its full commitment to doing everything reasonably practicable to protect the safety, health and welfare of all its employees and associates together with any other persons whose health and safety may be affected by our business. High standards of health and safety are equal in importance and complementary to delivering a value for money service, and to high standards of customer care. At Pansophix we regard the law as setting the minimum standards to be achieved.

  11. ensure that consultants/associates and employees are aware that they have a statutory responsibility to work safely and to co-operate with managers and supervisors in all matters that effect their health and safety at work.

In order to ensure that adequate financial, human and other resources are made available for the effective implementation of this policy, proper procedures will be established and maintained to monitor health and safety performance, in a planned manner, with good communication and co-ordination, with all necessary feedback to managers.

Each department, division, team or site, whichever is most appropriate, will produce and maintain a health and safety manual with all necessary assistance from Health and Safety co-ordinator. The manual will detail the responsibilities for health and safety at all levels in that department, division, team or site and the organisation's arrangements for carrying out the policy.

The health and safety manuals and this policy will be brought to the attention of all employees, whether permanent, temporary, agency or on fixed term contracts.

The Directors, Consultant Associates have responsibility for the implementation of this policy within areas/sites under their control.

Health & Safety is the responsibility of consultants, associates and all employees at all levels.
