We are delighted to provide this free service which is designed to make it easy to request feedback from your team members about your delegation skills.
If you would like to ask your team members for feedback on your delegation skills just copy and paste the text below into an email, with any of your own amendments, personalise it and then send it to all your team members.
Whenever anyone fills in the questionnaire on your behalf you will receive an email containing their perceptions of your delegation skills. Your team members can choose to give their name or remain anonymous. If you would like to see the questionnaire click here.
