• A Useful Guide Unlimited User Licence enables an organisation to make our Useful Guides available to all staff, and students if you are an educational establishment, wherever they are in the world. The number of people, in your organisation, who can access to the Useful Guides is unlimited. The number of downloads they can have is unlimited.

• Your Portal to your Useful Guide portfolio can include your organisation's logo and any text you require. Click here to see a demonstration portal. Use Username = Pansophix and Password = password to access the demonstration portal.

• You can use your own Administration Panel to monitor the number of downloads of the Useful Guides in your portfolio. You can see a demonstration Administration Panel here. Use Password = password.

• A Useful Guide Unlimited User Licence is valid for 12 months. During that time everyone in your organisation can download the Useful Guides and all the associated worksheets, toolkits etc. as many times as they like.
