• A Useful Guide Unlimited User Licence enables an organisation to make our Useful Guides available to all staff wherever they are in the world. The number of people, in your organisation, who can access to the Useful Guides is unlimited. The number of downloads they can have is unlimited.

• A Useful Guide Unlimited User Licence is valid for 12 months. During that time everyone in your organisation can download the Useful Guides and all the associated worksheets, toolkits etc. as many times as they like.

• Each month we will send you an email giving the number of downloads for each of the Useful Guides for which you have an Unlimited User Licence.

• We will notify you 2 months before your Useful Guide Unlimited User Licence expires so that you can renew without any break in service.
